I have had a few different hitch mount racks. The Khyber is the best by far. It well built. It's solid. It doesn't damage my bike frame or handle bars. It work awesome with my swing arm. there is no movement on my hitch. I expect that I will be using this rack for a very long time. I highly recommend that rack! It is worth every penny.
I love how sturdy my bike rack is for long road trips and bumpy terrain. I feel so much better knowing my bikes are going to be safe for the long journey. I had the best customer service from Mark, he went did everything he could to make my rack suitable for me. So thankful!!
Super happy with my Khyber Rack, it's bomber, doesn't damage bikes and allows me to go anywhere without having to worry about losing bikes. Mark has been great setting me up and installing the rack, and when there was an issue with minor rust on the welds he quickly took care of the problem. If you're looking for a high quality, low maintenance rack that can do go anywhere this is the best option!

Mark was really professional to deal with, very quick at responding to emails with the information needed. The product is superior to the other racks kicking around, and your bikes don’t get beat up! Yes they are a bit more expensive but they are worth every dollar.
Built like a tank. Holds 5 bikes, easy load, stainless and aluminum won’t rust. what more is there to say?
This rack is the creme de la creme. I have had previously a similar style rack that had tire baskets, and this is much superior in both construction and function. The rack doesn’t sway in the hitch, the bikes are held down firmly in the baskets and the baskets are sturdy and do not have a weak point that is constantly stressed. Everything is really well thought out and it has been a beast for keeping the shuttle runs going!

I looked at many different racks and wanted something that wouldn’t rust out within a yr if left on the back of my vehicle.When a friend turned me on to Kyber I thought as most, why more than all the others.It want until I started to see them around town and you can see immediately why.They are an absolute eye catcher as soon as you see it.Nothing cheap about any of the parts,solid as any rack I’ve seen and I can tell rust won’t be an issue for a very,very long time.It also just looks amazing without a bike on it.I’ve had more people asking about it than they do my bike.Also when I went to get a look at the rack from Mark before commiting to buying his personable service and knowledge of racks put all the confidence I needed in knowing that the extra money spent was well worth the investment.Don’t hesitate on purchasing you won’t regret it.
This rack is so well made and good looking that I'm constantly getting asked about what rack it is etc while I'm shuttling.
Despite pounding up and down pothole-filled shuttle roads, the rack has never come loose and the rope tie down system is ingenius.
The build quality on this rack is great. Nobody else builds of stainless and aluminum. Lots of small design details that are very good.

I have been scouring the internet for the best rack for a few weeks and this one is it and it has lived up to all my expectations. I work with a lot of e-bikes and having a rack that can carry them with only touching rubber and rated to do so with such a rad design is incredible. I cannot recommend these racks more!!!
